Reef Locals’ Night is on EVERY Wednesday night.

We will be preparing a menu weekly using the freshest produce available.
There are two fantastic value options.

2 courses $45 – 3 courses $55

Both options include a glass of Reef wine or Asahi

Kingfish crudo
Seaweed salad, puffed rice, soy pearls, pickled daikon, carrot, confetti coriander, wafu dressing (L)

Crispy five spice Asian pork belly
Mizuna enoki red cabbage salad, sweet tomato sesame dressing (L)


Chicken suprême
Sweet potato fondant, truffle cauliflower purée, crispy pancetta, petit pois, globe artichoke (GF)

Korean miso marinated pork striploin
Potato purée, snake beans, chilli apple compote, crispy kale


(Served with a tasting glass of Stella Bella Pink Moscato)

Peach white chocolate bread butter pudding
Vanilla anglaise, cinnamon donut ice cream

Crispy meringue, poached meringue, passionfruit curd, fresh berries, chantilly cream, shortbread soil
