Try the Summer menu at reef!

We are delighted once again to be introducing a new selection of dishes from our kitchen.

new entrées include:

DUCK PÂTÉ
Pork terrine, tomato apricot mustard fennel chutney, pickled vegetables, garlic en croûte

HERB CRUSTED LAMB BACKSTRAP
Eggplant caviar, confit beets, chilli labne

new mains include:

SALT WATER BARRAMUNDI
Potato lentil french bean salad, lemon fennel purée, pickled golden shallots (GF)

RED EMPEROR
Medley of petit pois, pancetta, pea purée, saffron beurre blanc (GF)
