Creating Addictions is a newly established, locally owned and operated business which enjoys living up to its name.
It was founded by chef, Brad Dawson, who was fortunate enough to have worked in some of Sydney's finest restaurants including Tetsuyas and Bathers Pavilion. Brad identified a need to provide chefs on the Central Coast with both variety and quality in all their products as well as offer the highest quality seafood, straight from the Sydney Fish Markets daily.
Creating Addictions has followed the theme of industry experienced staff by ensuring that all have worked in the hospitality field. Therefore the understanding and recognition required in delivering the best products and service is evident.
The experienced staff has the know how to recognise products of the highest quality, and can source ingredients with a difference, as well as fill special requests from only the best sources.
Creating Addictions is proud of the close rapport its staff has with each restaurant on the Central Coast and will continue to enjoy providing them with such a unique service.
